 How many calls can the dialer make?
Solution The predictive dialer can be set to make between 1-4 calls simultaneously per agent. You may determine how many lines to set based on the number of available agents, time of day, type of campaign and number of leads available to be dialed. Generally the system has the capabilities to generate between 1000-1500 calls per agent on an 8-hour shift.
