Now, customers with inbound contact centers can deliver even better service to their callers by ensuring that inquiries are quickly routed to the right department or person. IVR facilitates dynamic interaction between touch tone telephones and computers via multi-frequency input (DTMF). You can create simple and intuitive automated menu systems that callers can use to connect to the agent who can best answer their question or solve their issue.
MarketDialer’s enhanced IVR features dramatically improve customer convenience and enhance service levels. They can also significantly increase efficiency by eliminating the need to re-route calls to more qualified agents.
Powerful, yet easy to use, our IVR feature can be set up and configured in just a few simple steps. This allows you to quickly and easily:
- Design and create fully customized menus
- Link IVRs to other IVRs, to allow for fast access to other departments across your company
- Build an employee directory that maps to extensions, so callers can easily reach specific individuals
There are many other advanced options as well. The system can be set up to recognize the phone number of the inbound caller and display it on the screen of the agent receiving the call, or to automatically insert inbound lead information into new calling lists. IVRs can also be configured to directly access voice mail systems.
