The program works on a per-seat basis, and provides a rebate equal to twice the customer’s current base seat license fee, as evidenced by a recent bill from a qualified competitor for a substantially comparable product. The rebate is applied over twelve months to the customer’s monthly invoice from SafeSoft Solutions.
Specifically, SafeSoft takes the competitor’s base per-seat monthly license fee, doubles it, and then divides by twelve to calculate a rebate amount, per-seat, applied to monthly invoices over the course of a year. For example, a customer paying $100 per-seat per-month with a competitor right now would see a 16 percent discount, month-in, month-out, for twelve months, just for switching to SafeSoft.
Customers looking to switch to SafeSoft for unparalleled uptime performance must provide a competitive invoice produced within the last 30 days. The rebate calculation is based only on the base per-seat license fee, excluding local and long distance telecommunications charges, professional development or integration fees, special add-on or any other charges.
Additionally, for customers that sign trade-in contracts with SafeSoft by close-of-business on July 31st, 2013, SafeSoft Solutions will waive any customary initial setup or training fees.
