 When I click on Resume a blue screen pops up saying
Solution If your softphone shows that you are registered and ready then you may be registered using an incorrect domain.

Please check your company assigned domain with your system administrator and try again.


If this did not resolve your problem then make sure that the Phone Login matches your extension #.

Your Phone Login and Password are both identical.

Both your Phone Login and Password is your company context plus your extension #.

Here is an example for a company who's context is mortgage and users extension is 110.

Ex:
Phone Login: mortgage110 Password: mortgage110
