 How do I login?
Solution You must have Mozilla Firefox (web Browser) in order to run the dialer system. If you don’t have Firefox installed, use the link below labeled “Firefox” to download and install the required web browser. You will also need a SoftPhone (X-lite\Eyebeam) installed and configured to communicate with customers. Use the link below labeled “X-Lite” for install and configuration instructions.

You may download both programs by clicking below:

for X-lite Softphone & Configuration Settings

for Firefox

Once you have both programs properly installed and configured, make sure to first run the Softphone (X-lite\Eyebeam). Make sure that the Softphone (X-lite\Eyebeam) is registered and ready.

Once you see the Softphone say "Ready Your username is: XXXX" your softphone is registered.

Next you must start Firefox. Once Firefox is open login to your agent interface.

Now you will enter your “User Login”, “Password”, and “Client ID” (if you do not have a “User Login” please contact your system administrator for assistance).

*Remember the “Client ID” is the same for all agents on your account.

Once you enter the three fields appropriately, you will be directed to the “Phone Login” page where you will be prompted for your “Active Extension” and “Campaign”.

*Be sure to select the appropriate “Active Extension”. You may notice multiple extensions available, select the extension which matches the extension specified on your Softphone (X-lite\Eyebeam). If your extension is not available restart your Softphone (X-lite\Eyebeam) by right clicking on the Softphone (X-lite\Eyebeam) and selecting “Exit”. Once the Softphone (X-lite\Eyebeam) has restarted and registered click on the “Submit” button on the “Phone Login” page and select your extension from the drop-down.

Once complete select “Submit”. You should notice your Softphone (X-lite\Eyebeam) ring and Automatically Answer with an extensive Caller ID containing numbers and letters. Once the call has been answered you will hear “You are currently the only person in this conference” on the headset which specifies that you have properly logged in.
