(1) Create Inbound Group
On the top menu click on: IN-GROUPS
Then on the sub-menu click on: ADD NEW IN-GROUP
(2) Add a new Inbound Group
Group ID: Must contain the name of the campaign you would like to transfer calls from. The Group ID must contain "cl_ _l" Where the name of the campaign should be between "cl_" and "_l"
Example:
Name of campaign: main1234
Group ID: cl_main1234_l
Group Name: Enter any name you would like
Group Color: Must put the correct spelling of any color (example: red)
Click on the "Submit" button
(3) Create Inbound-group Campaign
On the top menu click on: CAMPAIGNS
On the sub-menu click on: ADD CAMPAIGNS
Campaign ID: Must always have _c before the name.
Campaign ID: Must ALWAYS contain closer. If you have more than one closer campaign it should be named as followed: closer, closer2, closer3, closer4, etc… Campaign Name: Enter any name you would like
(4) Add Inbound-group to Closer Campaign
Click on "Modify" for the Closer Campaign you created Allowed Inbound Groups: Displays the Inbound-groups which can be added to the closer campaign
(5) Add user to Closer Campaign
On the top menu click on: USERS
Click MODIFY for the user you would like to add to the closer campaign
Scroll down to the "CAMPAIGNS" box. Select the Closer Campaign and click on << ADD
ADDED: _ccloser1234
Agent Choose Ingroups: should be set to 0
Closer Default Blended: should be set to 1
Inbound Group: Put a check mark next to the Inbound group(s) that you would like to assign to the user
Click on the "SAVE" button and you are done!
