 How do I start dialing?
Solution To start dialing all you have to do is click on the green "Resume" button in the top left corner of your screen, once you are properly logged in.

If you receive a blue screen error make sure that your softphone is open and properly registered at which point you may click "Reconnect" and you maybe properly connected.

If you have a disposition box open, please make sure to select a disposition before continuing.
