Upgraded Custom Reporting Feature Added to SafeSoft’s MarketDialer
We’ve improved our custom reporting feature! Now, MarketDialer users can get access to server logs and inbound logs, and we’ve provided more filters.
The new filters apply to the agent logs as well as the server and inbound logs. In short, you can narrow down the data you want with more specific queries.
Underneath the hood, we optimized the reporting tables to support more advanced reporting.
